Gyoza



I love Japanese food so when I saw this on my feed, I immediately tried recreating it. This is my first time making Gyoza or Japanese Pan-fried dumplings so it doesn't look exactly how it should. ;-)


Ingredients:


Ground Pork
Dumpling Wrapper
Cabbage/Pechay
Spring Onions
Garlic
Ginger


Directions:


1. Cut ginger, cabbage, garlic and onions into little pieces and mix with ground pork.

2. Season with salt.
3. Put into each dumpling wrapper just enough for you to fold and seal.
4. Pan fry each dumpling until bottom is brownish.
5. Put in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.


Garnish with spring onions and serve.



PS. 1 pack of dumpling wrapper = 1 kilo of ground pork
